This policy explains what information Selore collects when you visit or buy from this store, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Selore is a trading brand of LN Nchejane Ventures, based in Gauteng, South Africa.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider's system and are never stored by us.

When you browse: your device type, browser, IP address, which pages you view and how you arrived at our store. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

When you contact us: whatever you choose to include in your email.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, and to hand your delivery details to Aramex
To communicate with you about your order, returns or warranty
To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
To understand how people use our store so we can improve it
To show you relevant advertising, where you have not opted out

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store:

Shopify, which powers this store and processes orders
Our payment provider, to take payment securely
Aramex, to deliver your order
Meta and other advertising platforms, for measurement and advertising

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights.

Advertising and tracking

We use cookies and tracking pixels, including the Meta pixel, to measure how our advertising performs and to show ads to people likely to be interested in our products. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings, your browser's cookie controls, or the advertising platform's own preference tools.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by South African tax and consumer protection law. Browsing data is kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
