Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in South Africa with Aramex. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected.

Delivery options and timeframes

Aramex Express	5 to 7 business days
Aramex Standard	8 to 11 business days
Free standard delivery	On all orders over R1,000

These timeframes are business days and start once your order has been collected by Aramex, not from the moment you place it. Allow an extra day or two for us to process and pack.

Where we deliver

South Africa only, at this stage. We don't ship internationally yet.

Deliveries to outlying and rural areas can take longer than the windows above. If your address is remote, we'll email you rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number when the parcel is collected. If your tracking hasn't updated in three business days, email us and we'll chase Aramex.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if the parcel hasn't been collected. Once it's with Aramex we can't redirect it, and a re-delivery to a corrected address may carry a further shipping charge.

Failed deliveries

Aramex will attempt delivery and leave a notification if nobody is available. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered or wasn't collected, we'll refund the order less the shipping cost, or resend it once you've paid a second shipping fee.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email selorebeauty@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, tell us within 7 days so we can open a query with Aramex.

Delays outside our control

Load shedding, courier backlogs, weather and public holidays can all push timeframes out. We'll keep you informed when we know something, rather than going quiet.
